Introducing our new Director of the Pollock Center Ethan McKellar

Ethan McKellar is a dynamic arts administrator, director, and educator dedicated to building vibrant, inclusive creative communities. He joins The Pollock Center as its new Director, bringing a proven track record of program expansion, community engagement, and student-centered arts leadership
.
Prior to arriving in Camp Hill, Ethan served as the Artistic Director of the Ridley Performing Arts Program, where he oversaw significant organizational growth, developed year-round programming, and cultivated partnerships that expanded access to arts education for thousands of students and families. His leadership emphasized equity, collaboration, and creating meaningful pathways for young people to explore the arts.

Ethan’s experience also includes work with Sesame Workshop, F14 Entertainment, and multiple regional arts organizations, giving him a strong interdisciplinary perspective on arts education, production, and community engagement. He is passionate about using the arts as a catalyst for connection, imagination, and lifelong learning.
As Director of The Pollock Center, Ethan is committed to strengthening the Center’s role as a creative hub for the Camp Hill School District and the broader community—championing innovative programming, expanding partnerships, and ensuring that the performing arts remain accessible, welcoming, and transformative for all.
