Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy Registration fees for Pollock Center classes and programs are **non-refundable once the class or program has begun**. Registration reserves a participant’s space, and staffing, materials, and other program expenses are planned based on enrollment. Cancellations made **before the first scheduled class** may be eligible for a refund, less any applicable registration or processing fees. Once the program begins, no refunds, prorated refunds, or credits will be issued for participant withdrawal, scheduling conflicts, missed classes, or changes in personal circumstances. If a class or program is canceled by the Pollock Center, participants will receive a refund for the canceled program or another appropriate option as determined by the Center. Participation & Assumption of Risk Participation in performing arts classes may involve physical activity, including movement, dance, staging, theatrical exercises, and other activities associated with instruction and performance. By registering, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks of injury. Participants agree to follow all safety instructions provided by Pollock Center staff and instructors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and assume the ordinary risks associated with voluntary participation and agree not to hold the Pollock Center, Camp Hill School District, or their employees, instructors, volunteers, or representatives liable for injuries resulting from the inherent risks of participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived. ### Photography & Marketing Photos and/or video may be taken during Pollock Center classes, rehearsals, activities, and performances for use in Pollock Center and Camp Hill School District communications, promotional materials, social media, websites, publications, and other marketing purposes. Participants who **do not wish to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes must notify the Pollock Center in writing**. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing this notification for participants under 18. The Pollock Center will make reasonable efforts to honor all submitted photo and video opt-out requests.
