LION FEST Performance Spaces
MainStage
Located in the main theatre of The Pollock Center, the MainStage is the heart of LION FEST. This space features high-energy performances with an emphasis on rock, pop, jazz, and other crowd-energizing acts.
Capacity: 350 seats
The Courtyard
Located inside The Pollock Center, across from the concession stand, The Courtyard offers a more intimate and relaxed performance experience. Acts are primarily acoustic, with an emphasis on folk, alternative, singer-songwriter, and smooth/light jazz styles.
Capacity: 80 seats
The Lions Den
Located throughout The Pollock Center lobby, The Lions Den creates the soundtrack to the festival experience. Performers provide live ambient and background music as guests arrive, gather, grab concessions, and move between performances.
Performance Types
Each LION FEST stage features a combination of performance types throughout the event:
Warmers | 1–3 Songs: Short sets designed to welcome audiences into the space and build the atmosphere before the main programming begins. These casual performances are perfect for guests to drop in and out as they explore the festival.
Openers | 5–6 Songs: Featured sets that kick the energy up a level and build excitement leading into the headlining performance.
Headliners | 7–12 Songs: The featured acts of each stage and the centerpiece of the performance block. Headliners receive the longest set and bring the stage’s programming to its peak.
